Join me as I guide you through a 30-45-minute embodied experience of gratitude! We begin by quietly connecting with our breath, to softly arrive in the circle, and opening with a short meditation to further help you land in the space and connect with your body. Once the meditation ends, there will be a few moments to journal about what you experienced during this stillness. Next, we explore how nature can inform and inspire us, and root us in the things that matter most, while applying this actively to our life through practices that uplift and deepen our ability to receive with gratitude. After that, we’ll transition into making ART and allowing all this energy we’ve cooked up to bubble over into gratitude expressions for our larger Shakti community. All materials will be provided.
